ISSUE SUMMARY:
i am having error "joms.extend is not a function" in script-1.2.js in assets folder of com_community.
due to this error i can not use tootips and also other jquery function depends on "joms" object. please help me in this regard to fix this issue.

i am having this issue at my testing instance because at live i did not upload site yet.
so please check at "Test/Development Site Information" this location

Hi Dariusz,

This issue caused by your template, i checked with protostar template and everything is fine.

I think that error is not effected too much, the tooltip is showing fine
