ISSUE SUMMARY:
I am trying to upgrade from version 3.1.1 to 4.2.3

In the documentation is saying to upgrade each version one after another.
I need to upgrade first to 3.2.0.4 then 3.2.1 next 3.2.6 and 4.0.10 and the last 4.2.3
is this correct or can be simpler?

Hi,

you need to upgrade it to version 3.2.0.6 > 3.2.1.6 > 4.0.10 > 4.1.7 > 4.2.3

if you got stuck at upgrade process, please provide me cpanel/phpmyadmin access detail. because it can be some conflict at database records.

you can put credentials information by edting your first post at this topic. put it at site info form.
