Installed new version today Crashed backend HTTP ERROR 500

ISSUE SUMMARY:
Now i have tried this both ways. before the joomla 3.6 with joomla 3.51 website was working fine in front and back. Once upgraded to the download 4.2.2 the complete joomla backend cant be accessed anymore. I have done it in both versions of joomla.


STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Installed new version
2 use 3.51 joomla
3 use 3.60 joomla
4 reinstalled website
5 can't access the backend
RESULT don't work
EXPECTED RESULT needs fixed

Fixed it. The new version doesn't clear the admin cache so it's blank ftp in the delete the cache files and it works fine.
