Hi, Rakesh.

Thank you for contacting us.
Please, edit your first post here and provide your site SU credentials.
Also I noticed that your registration process contains additional options - did you customized it? Or added a 3rd party extensions that influence registration process?

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Yes there are some 3rd party plugins, but they never gave any problem so far.

Hi, Rakesh.

Please, disable them and test registration form without them.

After many hours digging, I found the culprit: System - jQuery Easy

It is creating a conflict with my template and JomSocial registration check (next step). I have tried many settings of the jQuery Easy plugin, but only disabling it (for that template) was what worked.
