i have multi question
1- Structure jomsocial is MVC?
2- Structure kunena is MVC ?
3- You used kunena, kunena is good component? So far there were no problems for you? good matching with jomsocial?
4- my site in the future may , over Billions users, In your opinion no problem with kunena?

yes, we using it very long until now :-)
