JomSocial Frontpage Menu item is blank!

ISSUE SUMMARY: blank registration page using a menu item to the Jomsocial frontage


STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 top menu >Sisterhood> JS Test (so you can see what happens)
2 should be the jomsocial frontpage but it is blank
3 Also we have a sidebar custom module to login that also goes to the Jomsocial frontpage it is blank too. For now I disabled it and added a login module that you will see.

RESULT: Blank page
EXPECTED RESULT: Getting to the JomSocial frontpage
BROWSER: Used FF, and Chrome

More information.....there has been no changes to our site like new plugins added. I think this is a bug with the new version of JS because everything has been working fine till last week.

Please, is there anyone there to help here?

Hi,

sorry for late respond.
here the error message. that message mean, your site having low alocated memory

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 100663296 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 407 bytes) in /home/standup/public_html/libraries/vendor/joomla/registry/src/Format/Json.php on line 59

please changing the PHP configuration for:
memory_limit from 96M to 1024M
max_execution_time from 30 to 3000

and at your main menu item, please remove OUR COMMUNITY, because it will make an issue if having multiple jomsocial entry page at main menu.
