Welcome the Technical Support section. Help us in assisting you by providing us with a concise and descriptive elaboration of your issues. Be specific and if possible, provide us with a step-by-step instruction in replicating your problem.
Thank you for contacting us.
I'm sorry but I don't understand what is your issue.
By "JSmember" you mean JomSocial?
What was turned off exactly?
Do you reference to other thread on forum?
Please, provide more details about this issue so I could help you.
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
(since I cannot use JSmembers, is it good to buy PRO JOOMSOCIAL. Will it work well since the version 4.2 gives so much problems)
Your Message :
Hi,
yes, this is the right solution. because JS members module consumed big query data.
and about dummy users, you need manualy to do that at joomla users manager. it's hard to know who as dummy members or real members.
You already own JomSocial Pro so there is no need to do another purchase.
As far I understand issues are caused not be module itself but low server resources.
You should rather consider to change server to more reliable.
Here are JomSocial system requirements:
