ISSUE SUMMARY:
I am no longer able to configure JomSocial. Furthermore in dashboard the user engagement or data statistics will not appear (only load bar is visible).
In addition the button "<<" to close the menu also doesn't work.
I already deactivated some "new" plugins, but I have not seen an improvement.
STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1-- Login
2-- click "components"
3-- click "*JomSocial" and wait till area is visible
4-- click "Monitor
5-- ...
RESULT
If I click on the left side on one of the menu topics, like ...
-- Monitor
-- Theme Designer (I know it manly for pros)
-- Configuration
-- ...
-- Tools
-- help
Nothing happens.
EXPECTED RESULT
I expect that the corresponding menu content will be shown and that I am able to configure JomSocial.

If it doesnt help. would you mind provide me the correct backend access, please? because it is not working for me.. and oh ya I also need FTP access as well.

Dimas
Hi Dimas.
Thanks for your quick reply. I have changed the PHP file based on your recommendation. Unfortunately the behavior is the same. To be sure that everything is correct, I also cleared the browser cache before the test.
Regarding the issue, I have an update: it seems, that behind every menu entry the corresponding URL is always:[
www.ttc-hachinger-tal.de/administrator/i...ption=com_community#
], except for the menu "Applications" and "Dashboard". I guess after the [ # ] there should be a "view=..."
If I manually enter [
www.ttc-hachinger-tal.de/administrator/i...y&view=configuration
] then I get the page "Configuration", but it is empty ... only the save and cancel button are visible.
Thats all for the moment.
Gruß / Regards Hans

Hi Hans,
I think your Jomsocial installation already broken, please you try to re-install by override the existing one.
Please let me know how it goes.
thank you!
Hi Dimas.
ok, I have "overwritten" JS by the installer, installed JS manually, installed JS by a) deleting the files and after that b) upload the files via FTP. Unfortunately no changes.
I also updated Joomla (3.5.1).
Could it be a permission problem (folder / files permission)?
To be honest, I am lost now.
Any ideas?
Gruß / Regards Hans
HI Hans,
thank you for the info, but I still get some troubles
- FTP, i dont know your website path, there is too much folder, and I cant see the public_html folder.. would you mind provide the correct path, please?
- backend, I cant access config and installer page, I need the super user account to access it.
Hi Dimas.
Sorry for the trouble. Everything was prepared for you. Due to a human error - I was the human ;-) - I was forced yesterday night to restore a previous backup. Is was from the 30-June-2016. By restoring the SQl database the login credentials were also restored. The account was deactivated before, so there was no chance for to login.
Regarding your request: In my first post there are the current superuser data and an short explanation which FTP-folder (it is Joomla-2013) is the correct one for the installation of JS.
I hope that everything is now well prepared that you can continue.
