Since a couple of days ago, my Jomsocial site is giving me the "Not enough memory to process the image" error when trying to upload an image to Jomsocial.

I checked in Joomla's system configuration and
upload_max_filesize = 8192M
post_max_size = 8192M

I also checked the folder permissions tab and all folders are writable.
I then checked the JCE Editor and it's permission settings are also set to 8192M upload. I also tried switching the editor to codemirror but it made no difference.
