please provide me hosting cpanel access detail by editing your first post at this topic. put it at site info form section (private)
I need it for debuging purpose. It might be from 3rd party extensions

Yes, that's what I meant. I have updated with cpanel login.

please check it. I added that missing params field at:
piocy_community_fields_values table

not sure why that field was missing.
