ISSUE SUMMARY: just installed jomsocial + socialize on a fresh Joomla. The website doesn't load properly, when examined it turns out the urls are wrong, there are missing slashes:

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 go to h52.pl/jomsocial

RESULT a lot of libraries are not loaded

I found a bug. because your site root path only "/", that path not common. so for the fix I edit:
/public_html/autoinstalator/joomla2/components/com_community/libraries/path.php

public function toUrl($path) {
    return JUri::root(true) . str_replace('\\', '/', str_replace(JPATH_ROOT, '', $path));
}

public function toUrl($path) {
    $path = implode('', explode(JPATH_ROOT, $path, 2));
    return JUri::root(true) . str_replace('\\', '/', $path);
}

CORRECTION - the front-end works fine, but now the admin panel of Jomsocial is all messed up, doesn't work!

okay, fixed it myself added a conditional statement to path.php
