ISSUE SUMMARY:
Many errors after upgrade to 4.1 I upgraded to 4.2.2 and the errors are not gone.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 When creating a new user. Get this message at the end of the registration process:

This site can’t be reached
The webpage at 360sportsagency.com/profile might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED

2 Some (Not all) existing users can not login. For example, try logging in as: user: skatch password: skatch1!

I cant login to administrator page. the login detail is not valid. please edit your first post to make correction for credentials information.
please try to edit skatch at joomla user manager.

but for deeply investigating. I need to login first as super user.

for user that cannot login. seem that user mistake. maybe that user not aware if password in case sensitive.
I aleready changed the password for skatch. for other users, they need to using "reset password" from "forget password" at login form.

and about "ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED" that because your server not support Gzip Page Compression, so I turned it off from joomla configuration.
