ISSUE SUMMARY:

I have created trainer and student in guru.
When I look in the user list of jomsocial they all have the role trainer
cannot even choose another role only trainer
what have i done wrong

Hi Arie,

On Jomsocial you need create the different configuration, look at Jomsocial backend->profile->multi profile, make sure you create new user type student there.

OK thanks, only thought this would be automatic with the 'integration' now created both profile types but I need to change them manually for every user. When there will be added multiple this will be a lot of work that cannot be done automatically?

now it shows a teacher but still shows the text "View All Members" when I use this module "JS Members", to make this text disappear is not a setting I can change?
I want to show more fields directly here (fe name, city, country, link to my courses, info about me), that is also not standard?

I am sorry, it wont, we dont any have plan to make user Jomsocial and Guru integrate together for now, or you hack the code by your self :)

To hide the "View All Members" and add another fields its possible by hack the module template, please you edit this file modules/mod_community_members/tmpl/default.php

If you wanna add another user field you need to learn this API documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/JomSocial_User_Object , PHP knowladge is required to apply this :)
