Good day,
If you go to the back end of my site, www.madd-talent.com and then access the JomSocial Dashboard, mine is indicating that I have 289 members. This must be incorrect as its been at 289 for over a week and I am averaging 7 new members per day and yesterday alone, 18 new people registered. It should be showing somewhere in the 300's. Can you please look into this?

Thanks,

David

but you can altering it, so the number will same like joomla users. here the doc:

Albertus,
Thank you for providing me with the solution to this issue, but I have no clue where to find this file in my C-Panel, JOOMLA/administrator/components/com_community/views/community/view.html.php . Can you please just tell me where this file is located on my end so I can make this change?

Thanks,

David

Hi,

do you know about FTP things?
open your FTP, JOOMLA is not folder name but the location at where your joomla site located.
maybe at public_html or else (depend with your server configuration).
browse to that folder by using FTP.
remember all file changes must do it from FTP not CPANEL.
