ISSUE SUMMARY: I cannot open notifications, globe icon. I have many messages there but cannot open. If i open from HelloMe, a blank popup opens. If i try to open from my profile toolbar, it just shows gif of it processing but never opens messages. So far it seems that this is only effecting my admin account.

If i right click and chose open in new tab or window, i get 0 Error. And if i go to mysite/profile/notifications i also get 0 Error page.

Hmm, I can't replicate this issue for account you provided us:

Just clicked on globe icons and notifications ware displayed as they should.
So it may be that this issue is related with certain account only.

Could you provide me access to that account?
Please, edit your first post here and add account credentials to Miscellaneous field.
Don't post them just in post text firld as it will be visible for everyone...
