ISSUE SUMMARY:
I disabled all plugins and all modules
After disabling
Community Toolbar for Socialize Template ( all pages ) I managed to have part of the portal working.
however anything related to jomsocial component gives 0 - Error
STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 visit any part of the website with jomsocial component
for example
www.canadareic.com/events

RESULT 0 - Error
EXPECTED RESULT ; having jomsocial component visible

Ok now I have updated to newest version 4.2.2
and again same issue
Now entire website is down. What is going on ?
now do I have to worry if website will be up and running after every upgrade ?

your site down not because jomsocial, seem there is with server configuration, related with https.
if you access your ste with www + https, your site will broken.
if you access your site with www + http, your site looks good
if you access your site with non-www + https or http, your like looks good.
so my consultation, there is an issue related with https configuration at your server. please asking your server support about it.

Why I could not allow to website to be down for hours
thats why i recovered from backup folder
/subdomains/master/public_html/components/com_comunity
and renamed to
/subdomains/master/public_html/components/com_community_4_2_2 based on the version
so now with website down
/subdomains/master/public_html/components/com_community ( ver 4.2.2 ) error
/subdomains/master/public_html/components/com_community_4_2_1 ( ver 4.2.1) if renamed to com_community is working fine
