I have members that ask if I can post on their behalf.

When I post on their profile page it also show that I posted it.

Is their a way I can post so it show that they did it with out changing their password or asking for their password?

If you change from Jomsocial members you wont get any notif, but if you edit the password from Joomla members I think you will get. Further information I suggest you post to Joomla forum.
