the register form use this input fields:
Name; Username; Email; Password; Confirm Password;

How i can remove the field: "Name"

i want have only username, email, password, confirm password.

These are Joomla! obligatory fields. You can't remove them as Joomla! user data will be incomplete thus you'll get registration error.
As JomSocial is a Joomla! extension it MUST follow Joomla! rules.
The only way to remove that fields is to provide a static data, name that will be used for every registration. Then hide that field.
But in user list you'll have every user with the same name.
Names are also used in JomSocial so all your community members will have the same name.

Is it possible that the field get the same name as username?
Because if i use payplans with quick register, then will do this. I see only username, email and password.
And if i look to user management is the username and the name the same.
But i want to use jomsocial with payplans.

You should customize (create override) this file:

ROOT/components/com_community/templates/jomsocial/layouts/register/base.php
