Unable to Download JomSocial Pro Package

ISSUE SUMMARY: I am unable to download the package from my Downloads page. Each time I try by clicking on the download button, it is only an empty index.php file that will pop up.


STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Login to my account
2 Click on MY DOWNLOADS
3 Updated my support domain and saves changes
4 Updated my list of domains to install and saved changes
5 Clicked on the green download button at the far right side of the page
RESULT an empty index.php script popped up.
EXPECTED RESULT The JomSocial package

Try again.
If issue repeats, please, try multitool CTRL+F5.
Then give it another try.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
