wrong parameter error after login

ISSUE SUMMARY:
After upgrade to the latest version there is an error after login:
wrong parameter
but user logined.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1try to login - any user

I just got several complaints from users - they were able to login yesterday but currently they can not e.g.

login: Женька
password: 12345678

i have checked login and even changed password but I failed as well. Guess - due to russian username
