User get Error if he opens the website

ISSUE SUMMARY:
We have an user and when he opens our website www.klasse-gemacht.de with Jomsocial he get an error, the user can not do anything on the website, all other websites will work without problems

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 open website www.klasse-gemacht.de
2 i think is only with windows 10
3 we have not on all PCs this problem

BROWSER:
Actual Internetexplorer or Firefox

WINDOWS:
Windows 10

Did you converted your tables collation to UTF8mb4 in order to support Emojis?
Please, make sure that you're using MySQL 5.5.3 or higher.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
