This issue usually caused by your Joomla template, I suggest you contact your Joomla template developer... because on protostar and our default tempalte is working fine

please put this CSS, at your site template custom CSS. every template can having they own custom CSS. please have a look at that template documentation or asking that template provider for more.

/templates/js_wright/css/style-generic.css

custom.css not loaded by site template.
