i get this same error after upgrading and i replace all of this ==> $this->save();
to
try{

$this->save();

}catch(exception $e){
return false;
}

I think 7 times, i hope it is right.....it runs but now i can´t Login with my admin user in frontend....in backend is ok,...ist funny with the same PW.

Hi, sorry i have disable.... after i upgrade to 4.2 immediatly after Installation i get the error,... than i replace all

to

that is caused by jomsocial redirect issue, I already disabled the plugin for while, to fix the redirect plugin you need apply this code www.jomsocial.com/forum/installation/332...social-upgrad#160631

in /plugins/system/jomsocialredirect/jomsocialredirect.php

i can now with admin Login.....do you deactivate modules? my new members (neue mitglieder) moduls is activ but i see this not on my frontend an some GoogleAds banner Modules also.

I didnt disable any module on your site, I just disabled Jomsocial redirect plugin..

you can enable again the redirect plugin once you apply the fix patch..

this issue wont be happened on next release package

With JS 4.2 can i ask my Provider to make now the Change to PHP 5.7 ....i mean i have read that JS4.2 or my site would be faster with PHP 7.

yeah php7 will make your site faster, you can try it..
