Hi Dimas,

sorry for the delayed response. For privacy reasons, I'd rather provide you with all information you need than give access to the backend - nothing personal, I'm just not comfortable knowing that personal information of our site users could leave the site unnoticed.

So, I'm pretty much familiar with the debugging process in general and could give you any information that could be helpful to corner the issue. Just ask me for anything you need to know.

Thanks for your patience!

Nope, that didn't help, unfortunately.

A user reported this happens only for profiles that he's not friends with. I don't know if that's just a coincidence or a helpful hint.

Setting error reporting to "Developer" doesn't show any errors by the way. The source view of the page is completely empty, not even a single character. I'll probably have to check the profiles one by one to find a correlation that could explain this strange behavior.

UPDATE: I tried several profiles now and found a pattern. Apparently only user profiles with zero friends are affected by this issue. They all produce blank pages when their user name is clicked on while others who have at least one friend (not necessarily me) show up fine.

Hi Steak,

This issue usually caused by error "0-error", Please you also try this patch www.jomsocial.com/forum/installation/332...rading-to-4-2#160621

If still not helps so I need to test directly and I need FTP and backend access as well, if you cant provide me that info I cant do anything or give you further pointer :(

thank you

After some more investigations (and of course trying out your patch - unfortunately to no avail) I found out that connecting at least a single random user to a profile that returns a blank page solves the problem, so you might wanna give it a second thought, taking into account what I just found out.

Oh... upgrading to 4.2.1 didn't help by itself either.
