ISSUE SUMMARY: After upgrading to 4.2, new members are not able to join and I cannot access the JS component dashboard.

Yes, I fixed this issue previously, sorry for not notifying you. I have another issue - on mobile phones in searching members, it only paginates to say, page 4. There are no arrows to search beyond. What is the fix?
