CPU Usage too much

ISSUE SUMMARY:
JomSocial is using too much CPU usage, my limit is 100 minutes a day and so far the highest usage is 566 minutes, and my hosting service has warned me once and soon they will be kicking me off. I have a business account and don't use anywhere near the resources available, i.e., disk space, mailboxes (zero use), Mailing list (zero use), available databases (2/100) but appear to be eating CPU resources. I upgraded to 4.2, hoping it would improve, but it didn't.
Things that I have tried to do to correct it are set up the Remote Storage, Amazon S3, file storage as well as turned off the Cronjobs/Scheduled Task Process in Configuration. I setup a remote corn at SetCronJob.com that runs four times a day. I have 69 users.
I need help in figuring out why JomSocial is eating up so much CPU usage.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

please try to turning joomla Friendly URL at joomla backend > system > global configuration.
and please asking your hosting support about which URL that consuming lots of resources?

if you having any video upload. please make sure the file not too big. because at video converting process will kill your server.

I had video turned off. I decided to switch host. Providing only 100 min/day was a too limited. So I am moving to SiteGround where they allow 1400 min/day, or something like that. They said 8,000 a month because their servers have 16 CPUs and not as limited as ICDSoft, who apparently have an older infrastructure or have them so wound tight that users have limited CPU resources. They do provide 100GB but that doesn't help if you have a social site requiring more CPU resources.
Once I get setup on SiteGround, I hope to not have this issue. Also, I want to turn back on videos.
