1) I don´t know why, when i open my homepage the login and pw field at toolbar jumps forth and back every time at the start.


2) where can i change the title from registration button "sing up" ? i would like to translate it to german...

that because the browser need to wait until FB login button fully loaded. this is normal behavior.

2)
for sign-up button, you can create new language override at joomla backend > extensions > language, for this language constant:
MOD_COMMUNITY_SIGN_UP
