ISSUE SUMMARY:

I have some question (problem) with minimum requirements. First of all I found, that the minimum value for
max_execution_time is 30, (mine is 30)
max_input_time is 30, (mine is 60),

but when I install it says, that the minimal is 300 for both. Check here: prntscr.com/awdm0n

I asked the hosting company to change this values, but they sad, the values are too high for Shared Hosting Service, what I have,
They could rise it up to 60 sec-s, but the minimum of 5 min running time is a bit too much for a website. It would mean, that the visitor should wait 5 min for loading the website.
My question is: can I run the current 4. version with 30-30, or 60-60 values, please? Anyway it seems I can not use your program, what I thought, will be powerfull, and payed for it.

basically you can, if your site not having much members and data.
your issue is a dilemma with shared hosting or re-seller hosting.

please try to using jomsocial at that hosting "ability". I hope no issue with it.
