Jomsocial admin is very slow

Hello,
I just bought Jomsocial Pro. The administration Jomsocial is terribly slow. I installed and reinstalled Joomla and jomsocial : still slow. Is there a manipulation to do to improve the speed, or do I have to get used to ... I hope not to have to get used to it because in this case I'm not very happy with your product.
For information, my host is OVH

Please provide us working administrator credentials.

Please, edit your first post and add credentials to corresponding fields.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

I tried this solution which is proposed for some similar problems
changing this line "$isuptodate = CAutoUpdate::checkUpdate();" to this one "$isuptodate = true;" in the file /administrator/components/com_community/views/configuration/view.html.php:

but doesn't work too :(

To tweak this you can do it from htaccess..

If still not working I suggest you upgrade your server, actually jomsocial is not recommened to use sharedhosting, because some of system requirement cant be configured well.

Hi Dimas and Michal,
This doesn't work too...
The fact that I seem to not be suitable for shared hosting. However, I'm not having read anywhere, even in the FAQ.
That's why I want a refund : if I had known, I would not have chosen to pay so much money for something unsuitable.

Before we continue the refund, can you ask your hosting provide to make sure you can modify the configuration via htaccess? maybe ask their help as well.

First of all, before you purchase you should read the our system requirments, so you can choose the right hosting provider then :)
