How can I hide or update the default video title that display after its uploaded?

On the network page it display the title..
I would like to hide that or rename the default title to New Video Stream.

Also can I update the look when you view all videos to be smiler to how it look when you view all photos?

/templates/socialize/css/custom.css

please do not changing any CSS files. it will disappear at upgrade process.
if you want override or put new CSS code put it at /templates/socialize/css/custom.css please create that custom.css if not exist
