After user login, can not show up profile on gear icon

ISSUE SUMMARY:
After user login, user can not show up the gear icon when mouse hover it.
Please see my attachment file.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 login as bamboo user
2 hover the mouse on gear profile

Hi,

the issue with Techjoomla Assets Loader plugin. please open that plugin and turn off Force jquery loading
