It can not change User Points configuration

ISSUE SUMMARY:
I can not change "User Points" configuration on JomSocial plugin.
Please see attachment file.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Login as admin
2 Component -> JomSocial -> Configuration -> User Points
3 Please try to change a point setting

Hi,

the issue with 3rd party plugin:
Jticketing - Community plugin

please turn it off and contacting that plugin provider for more support.
