Can not get notification through email

ISSUE SUMMARY:
I can not get notification email when activities happened on my site.
Also when new user is created.
I tested "Mail setting" and its look like good.

Hi,

please make sure that notification exist at jomsocial backend > monitor > mail queue.
I saw all email was sent at there.

I saw that also, but notification is not sent by email.
How to make notification is sent by email also?

Hi,

as long you activate mail settings at joomla global confugration, it will automatically sent.
btw I want make sure first. there is a notification at mail queue that not receive to the users mail? or there is no notification at mail queue was created?

When users create a new user, they don't get email. So they can not make approval.
Also the same thing when user add as friend, they don't get email notification that send to email address.

Hi,

the issue not with jomsocial, but with your server.
at joomla configuration, mail settings using PHP mailer. seem there is an issue with it, at your server.

please changing that setting to using SMTP, you can asking email provider about that setting
