on registration proces we face issue with next step after fullfiling user details - is coming broken form in the place of normal next step with follow notification:

please turn off the following plugin:
User - AlphaUserPoints - New user
User - AlphaUserPoints - Rule to Login
User - AlphaUserPoints - Rule Inactive user

that plugin not compatible with jomsocial. you need to asking they support to fix they code.
and I saw your site using:
JomSocial Profile Types and PayPlan extension. Please make sure that extension is uptodate. somtime that plugin make some issue during registration process

Guys - they was compatible )))) long time .... i mean alll was great - till we have updated joomla version.

User registration really was perfect till we was need to make update to last joomla version - and let`s try to fix, because we really can`t unpblush anything else.

All of this mentioned was fine workalble - all is great updated - with latest version - the issue was apeared on joomla update - guys please help to fix.

I have disabled the plugins mentioned - that was not as i have told earlier - all is last updatest.

that was happened because of not compatible with last joomla version of joomsocial - 3.5.1

Please fix - because this is really emergency situation guys....

the issue with AlphaUserPoints plugins. that plugin deleted user object before jomsocial catch it.
the fix need to be done at that plugin.

I had not other option than to restore my bakup before joomla update where all is workable.

But i can say one think....

Why people use apha rules - because of:
you only add points - but some time we need to get points from user account- and what to do when you only chek user points and allow to execute action - even the user don`t have enough points in they accounts - you don`t blok the action if user don`t have enough points in they accounts ....

that is critical - and oblige your users to get extra functions from others....

the issue i was solved with restoring backup before joomla update - that mean as i have told earlier - this is joomla issue and all is fine workable - except as registration and generaly component is a little slow...

Albertus correctly found the fault.
Please, report this issue to AlphaUserPoints developers.
We do understand that users need to extend user system points and both extensions work correct together.
It just seems that AlphaUserPoints plugin has issue with latest Joomla! version or combination of latest Joomla! and JomSocial is a critical for your version of AlphaUserPoints plugin.

Please, report it, I'm sure that developers will provide you with a fix soon.
