ISSUE SUMMARY:
Im trying yo have my 404 error page but since i have jomsocial if i go for example to www.identifican.cl/fkfbdkd it redirect me always to the index.

I ask to a developer and his answer was:

Hi,

After installing a clean Joomla! 3.5 and the Jomsocial locally, and with a lot of research to find a solution for handling the error 404 pages, I conclude that is not possible if you have as default page the Jomsocial or 3rd party extensions. You have to set as default page the com_content (featured articles, or a single article, or a category) and use Jomsocial's modules on the front page, instead of the component directly.

Could you please help me to configurate the index or to do something to have the 404 error page. I need to have a answer if the user doesn't exist.
