ISSUE SUMMARY:
I have 2 questions :
1. Is it possible to create js_side_frontpage_stacked that has tab menu like js_side_frontpage_top and js_side_frontpage_buttom?
Or is it possible to duplicate js_side_frontpage_top and js_side_frontpage_buttom ?

2. I want to put tab menu on "upcoming events" with events calendar, events seach menu.

1. yes this is possible, you can create some modules on the same position like js_side_frontpage_top, on the frontend those modules will show as tab, I think this asnwer also can answer question no.2 :)

I tried to make a new tab side menu but it is not happened.
Can you tell me how to make mod_jgive_campaigns and mod_jgive_campaign_pin to become one tab menu, please?

oh ya dont use js_side_frontpage_top_stalked, because it will avoid the tab, If you want you can use js_side_frontpage_bottom

The problem is I already used js_side_frontpage_bottom and js_side_frontpage_top.
How can I create the new block tab like js_side_frontpage_bottom and js_side_frontpage_top that has menu tab?

Oh ya we have another module position, you can use "js_side_top" and "js_side_bottom".. but that position will show on detail profile, group and event page as well
