All of a sudden I'm getting this error message on the top of all my pages:
curl error : 7 Failed to connect to 2a00:1450:4001:80a::200e: Network is unreachable
It's generated by a jomsocial helper. No idea what causes this, but I'd sure like to
get rid of it, also because all those pages are getting ssssllloooowwww.

Please provide us working administrator credentials.
I can't login to your site.
Please, edit your first post and add credentials to corresponding fields.


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

I'm not letting 3rd parties into my live system. But have you guys seen an error message like this before?
I'm expecting it can be due to temporary outgoing connectivity problem from my server, but I don't even
know how to read the 2a00:1450:4001:80a::200e IPv6 address. Is that jomsocial trying to call home?

Hi.

I wanted to run system test in your JomSocial.
In JomSocial dashboard menu at left you'll find Maintenance. Check for troubleshooting link there.
This issue seems to be server related - check your curl settings or contact with your hosting provider.
