Prevent user from showing up i search

ISSUE SUMMARY:

I need to know how a user can opt out from showing up in a users search. I was looking into "Respect Privacy" but no detailed information on how it works.

Does anyone have any ideas or point me in the right direction?

I am sorry, we dont have this feature.. only admin who has this feature (show / hide admin from jomsocial configuration)

Hi Ramon,

So if you wanna prevent your profile to be seen by another members (guest or not friends) you can set this privacy configuration. But this feature wont be respected for the search result, your account still can be searched but when another click your profile it will be blocked.
