This issue caused by your template, I changed with protostar and everything is working fine..

the issue related with your template it self.
if using joomla default template:
wccg1045fm.com/index.php/fan-club?template=protostar

you can see jomsocial on it. please contacting your template provider for more support or changing your site to other template
