ISSUE SUMMARY:
Unable to create a FEATURE REQUEST despite having 10 votes in my account! A red popup dialog appears saying I do not have permission to create requests.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Click SUPPORT link at top left of jomsocial.com
2 Click Access Support Forum button
3 Click REQUEST A NEW FEATURE green button
4 A popup dialog appears saying:

RESULT: Sorry. You don't have permissions to post a new JomSocial Feature Requests

Thanks! I would like to suggest audio files (not just video) be added, and if you are feeling really creative, allow us to link MusicCollection, or other music manager components and extensions into our Jomsocial(s) with an "Audio" tab.

Thank you for your request, I found 2 users request the same feature for these two days, I will disucss with this with our project manager.

But the possibility, this request impossible to be added on version 4.2 :)
