Installation Stalls at "Preparing Database" .

ISSUE SUMMARY:
When I try and upgrade to 4.1.6, is stalls at Preparing Database. What could be causing this? Do i have to uninstall and reinstall?

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 log into Admin page
2 click on Component
3 click on Jomsocial

Ok....sorry bout that. I have unblock the country ip and added my ftp and cpanel info.
