Hello,
I did not find any hosting provider that would allow ffmpeg.exe on its server.
Is there any other possibility for converting videos (except for the expensive S3 Amazon)?

Is this usable - github.com/PHP-FFMpeg/PHP-FFMpeg ??

Thank you for help.

Hi,

jomsocial not support PHP FFMPEG extension.
jomsocial only support, this FFMPEG:
ffmpeg.org/

your server running under linux, thats why could not using ffmpeg.exe please have a look ffmpeg.org/ , you can find FFMPEG for linux system.

if you dont want using FFMPEG, other option only Zencoder + Amazon S3.

Regards

Can you recommend me hosting that allows FFMPEG.exe?
Thank you

Hi,

as long not shared hosting. all VPS/could/dedicated hosting allows that FFMPEG.
for shared hosting that support FFMPEG, I dont have idea about that.

FYI:
you only need to say FFMPEG instead of FFMPEG.exe. exe file only support for Windows server. not Linux
