Well, regarding your issue, would you mind to check again the S3 key please? maybe its wrong.. if doesnt help please provide me the backend and FTP inside private info.. I will check it.

I opened a new ticket assuming this one would be deleted. But, yes, I checked the original S3 credentials and they haven't changed.
