ISSUE SUMMARY:
JomSocial Backend very slowly, some options dont open (time running out).
Joomla backend works and have normal speed.
I have booth new installed and backup my page, so now is a fresh installation from Joomla + Jomsocial on the server.

Have many thanks for helping my on this.
There is one notice about the php.ini , but I don't found this file on the server :/

To modify that configuration I suggest you contact your sys-admin to update your php configuration / php.ini

Ah ok, and than it will work ? Is that the only issue `?

Just try and let me know, if this issue still happens it can be caused by cUrl configuration. If this issue caused by curl I will help you, but let we wait after your php configuration be tweaked.
