Hi,

I cant access you site backend. got 403 message, mean blocked by your server.
please goto jomsocial backend > videos > video setting. and set Player Type to always use native player

thanks for the reply, the settings that you refer to me had already applied. As well as other observations previously read in the forum.

You can tell me the ip from which you connect, to unlock the server.

this issue only happening at latest firefox version. this is firefox bug, jomsoical cant do anything with it.
