We face issue with reposition cover and with tabs inside of user profile

ISSUE SUMMARY:
When we try to reposition cover - is coming pop-up with the image uploaded.
The tabs inside of the profile one time work - 2 times not.
Please help.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Login in the front end
2 Push on header hello me circle
3 Inside of the profile try to reposition cover
4 If work refresh - will not work next time
5 Try to push on tabs inside - if work refresh -> for sure will can not next time
RESULT:
EXPECTED RESULT: Workable tabs inside of the profile and ability to reposition cover.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
