ISSUE SUMMARY: I recently re-installed everything from scratch but my iJoomla Installer wants license information I don't have or it won't work so I have to install manually.

for temporary, please upgrade your jomsocial by using conventional way:
1. download the package from jomsocial.com > my account
2. unzip that file
3. goto joomla backend > extensions > manage, upload pacakge file

Is there a particular order I should install things in? I tried to follow the installation documentation but the link didn't work. I just re-installed the iJoomla-Installer-Updater file and it didn't fix anything.

I tried to connect to admin page but this doesn't work. I tried to access ftp files but this doesn't work. Please make sure that we can access admin and ftp so I can check this issue.
