ISSUE SUMMARY:
I purchased JomSocial Pro with the understanding that I would be given access to the JomSocial Video Tutorials. I understand that the video tutorials use Guru and I used the promo code jshero so there would be no charge. This takes me to the Guru login page. I tried first with my JomSocial Pro account ID and password and that failed - which helped me understand that I needed to create a Training Account - so I attempted to do so. I filled in all of the data fields to create the account but the Captcha portion of the form shows NOTHING - and if I submit the data I've entered it rejects it because I haven't matched the Captcha code. I can't match the Captcha code because it doesn't appear! I've tried this from both Windows and Mac platforms with the same results.

I'm frustrated because the login is asking me for something which I can't provide because IT ISN'T THERE.

Please let me know what I need to do to correct this. I'm about ready to trash JomSocial. I certainly hope this is isn't typical of the Guru user experience.

I didn't provide any information re: my specific web sites because this issue is not tied to them in any way.

Hi Rodger, the Guru installed on our learning site is a brand new version of Guru in beta, we just installed it yesterday to see how it's working on a live site. We didn't experience the issue with captcha you have, but we will be looking into it and fixing it ASAP. Meantime, we will be adding you to our system manually so you can access the course. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Rodger, you should get an email from us with login information, please login to the site and go to the course page, you will be able to see the course now. Enjoy and good luck with your community!
