Jomsocial loading too slow when user is logged in

ISSUE SUMMARY:
My Jomsocial community (Peppy Club) is taking up to 25 seconds to load, while all other pages on my website load in 2 or 3 seconds. I tried everything I know, but I can't solve this issue, Please help me. Thanks.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 - Go to my website and click on Peppy Club (main menu). The main page will load fast if you're logged out.
2 - Use one of the user accounts I'm sending as "private information", or create a new account if you prefer.
3 - Login to Peppy Club and try to navigate.

RESULT: It takes too long to open every new page of the community.
EXPECTED RESULT: Loading fast, as all other pages of my website.
BROWSER: Chrome, Firefox. IE and Tor.

I enabled Joomla! debug and it seems that your issue is caused by mod_knu_whosonline_js4

Please, try to disable it, clear Joomla! cache and check if your site is loading faster.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
