the login detail that you sent still cant login with it by using computer.

I need to login by using computer first to debugging purpose.

the issue only at mobile? or both (computer + mobile)?

that error 500 must be happening at computer too.

and I need to make more clear about this issue. can you login at backend by using computer?

i'm struggling with this issue. seem the issue not with joomla or jomsocial. but with server configuration.
you server always redirect http://[site domain]/index.php to http://[site domain]

joomla still need http://[site domain]/index.php for some functionality.

please remove any redirect code at htaccess or server configurations.
